In the game (fastest): open the game → Settings (gear) → "Delete my account" → confirm. Your account and data are removed at once.
By e-mail (if you can no longer open the game): write to vurkackac@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my account" and your player number (the 9 digits shown in the game menu, e.g. VK-123 456 789) and, if you have it, your recovery code. We delete the account within 30 days.
Deleted: account and name, items and coins, friends, private messages, room chat lines, reports you made. Not kept: voice (it is never stored). Exception: while a ban is running, an empty shell of the account (no name, device or messages) stays until the ban ends.
Oyunun içinde (en hızlısı): oyunu aç → Ayarlar (çark) → "Hesabımı sil" → onayla. Hesabın ve verilerin hemen silinir.
E-posta ile (oyunu artık açamıyorsan): vurkackac@gmail.com adresine "Hesabımı sil" konusuyla oyuncu numaranı (menüde yazan 9 hane, örn. VK-123 456 789) ve varsa kurtarma kodunu yaz. Hesabı 30 gün içinde sileriz.
Silinenler: hesap ve ad, eşyalar ve coin, arkadaşlar, özel mesajlar, oda sohbeti, yaptığın şikâyetler. Ses hiç saklanmaz. İstisna: yasak sürerken hesabın boş bir kabuğu (adsız, cihazsız, mesajsız) yasak bitene dek kalır.
Im Spiel (am schnellsten): Spiel öffnen → Einstellungen (Zahnrad) → „Mein Konto löschen“ → bestätigen. Konto und Daten werden sofort entfernt.
Per E-Mail (wenn du das Spiel nicht mehr öffnen kannst): Schreibe an vurkackac@gmail.com mit dem Betreff „Konto löschen“ und deiner Spielernummer (die 9 Ziffern im Spielmenü, z. B. VK-123 456 789) sowie, falls vorhanden, deinem Wiederherstellungscode. Wir löschen das Konto innerhalb von 30 Tagen.
Gelöscht werden: Konto und Name, Gegenstände und Münzen, Freunde, private Nachrichten, Raum-Chat, von dir abgegebene Meldungen. Sprache wird nie gespeichert. Ausnahme: Solange eine Sperre läuft, bleibt eine leere Kontohülle (ohne Name, Gerät, Nachrichten) bis zum Ende der Sperre.
